Born on 21/9/1346 in the 2nd district of Zanjan, graduated in the fields of construction and cinema. Government management and communication sciences and international relations, psychology and photography, teacher, researcher, producer, inventor and entrepreneur...
Due to his father's job, who was a soldier, he spent his childhood and adolescence in different cities. His prime, which coincided with the Islamic revolution in Iran, was spent in the city of Damghan. He says:

We became a raisin without being swallowed.

With the beginning of the revolutionary movements, he started his writing activity and in 1958 he published his first magazine under the title Payam Taleghani. His theater activity had started in 1956, but it peaked in 1362. In 1362, he started the Mithaq art group in Tehran, and with the help of his friends of the same age, with the help of the Jihad Sazendagi cultural committee, which was not yet the Ministry of Home Affairs in those days, he went to the regions. There was a war and theater and music were performed for the warriors.

In 1365, Dadavi continued his cultural activities in the Guards Corps as an honorary guard (for the military), soon realized that it was not compatible with his spirit and pursued cultural work as a Basiji. After the war, he continued his studies and was a teacher in education. Educational and artistic activities for children and teenagers, he served as the director of the conservatory for several years and then left the administrative jobs for further research and study.
His press activity began in 1357 and continues until now.

متولد 21/9/1346 حوزه 2 زنجان ، فارغ التحصيل رشته هاي ساختمان .سينما . مديريت دولتي و علوم ارتباطات و روابط بین الملل ,روانشناسی و عکاسی ،مدرس ،محقق، تهیه کننده و کار گردن ،مخترع و کار آفرین ...
بعلت شغل پدر كه نظامي بود كودكي و نوجواني را در شهرهاي مختلفي به سر برد. سن بلوع وي كه همزمان با انقلاب اسلامي در ايران بود در شهر دامغان سپري شد وي مي گويد:
قوره نشوده مویز شدیم.
با شروع حركتهاي انقلابي وي فعاليت نوشتاري خود را شروع كرد و در سال 58 اولين مجله خود را تحت عنوان پيام طالقاني به چاپ رساند. فعاليت تئاتر وي از سال 56 آغاز شده بود ولي 58 اوج گرفت در سال 1362 با عظيمتي به تهران گروه هنری میثاق را راه انداخت و با دوستان هم سن وسال خود به کمک کمیته فرهنگی جهاد سازندگی که آن روز ها هنوز وزارت خانه نشده بود راهی مناطق جنگی شد و برای رزمندگان تئاتر و موسیقی اجراء می نمودند.
در سال 1365 فعالیت فرهنگی خود را در سپاه پاسداران به عنوان پاسدار افتخاری (برای سربازی)ادامه دادوی خیلی زود متوجه شد که با روحیه وی سازکار نیست و بعنوان بسیجی کار فرهنگی را دنبال کرد. پس از جنگ وی تحصیل را دنبال کرد و درآموزش و پرورش هم معلم پرورشی بود. فعالیت های پرورشی و هنری برای کودکان و نوجوانان وی بعنوان مدیر هنرستان چند سالی خدمت کرد و سپس برای تحقیق و مطالع بیشتر شغل های اداری را ترک کرد.
فعالیت مطبوعاتی وی از سال 1357 آغاز و تاکنون ادامه دارد.
